Wordless Wednesday (Kinda)

I'm not really a Wordless Wednesday type, but I recently signed up for "Joy of Love," a month-long photography course via e-mail from Willette Photography. Day one was called, "What They Do," and you were supposed to take pictures of the people in your household doing what they would normally do. My son did this:

Poor kid. I kicked him out of the kitchen while Daddy cooked dinner.

Yes, Daddy cooked dinner. Parmesan crusted perch with a lemon-caper sauce. Same thing he cooked for me the night we got engaged.

*sigh* I'm glad I have pictures of this day.

So much for wordless, huh?

  1. So cute. Looks similar to what goes on in my house.

  2. HA! Why do the little ones always get so crabby right around dinner time?

Sounds like you have a chef for a hubby, too! :) Mine is a WONDERFUL cook!! On top of that, he LOVES to do it and I LET HIM!!! LOL!

  3. Parmesan crusted perch?! That's my kind of man. And the wailing little face is just too precious.

  4. Love, love, love this picture, Rachel. And I confess--the "wordless" part of Wordless Wednesday was always a challenge for me, too. LOL

  5. This reminds me of my mom saying, "don't go away angry. Just go away!"

Poor kid. I hope he got to come back and eat when it was ready!

  6. Of course! He ate that fish like it was his favorite food. What he chooses to eat and not eat boggles me sometimes. lol

  7. Smiling.....I love your Wordless Wednesday AND the darling picture!

  8. hahaha!! son knows exactly how he feels :) LOL

I wrote the thing. You read the thing. Don't be too lazy to comment!
